Connectivity Support Agreement

This Annual Agreement (12 months) becomes effective on the date specified on the face hereof, provided Appalachia Business Communications of Kingsport Inc. has received payment in full.
Connectivity Agreement charges are billed annually in advance for the equipment described on the face hereof and are due upon receipt.
The annual rate payable shall be at Appalachia Business Communications’s prevailing rate at the annual billing date. This agreement will be automatically renewed unless either party notifies the other in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of this Agreement.

An Appalachia Business Communications of Kingsport, Inc. Maintenance Agreement ends at the machine.
Whereas the Connectivity Support Agreement covers the scanning and printing functionality all the way to the workstation. The maintenance contract on the equipment is not affected by this support agreement.
To be eligible for a connectivity support agreement, you must have a Maintenance Agreement for each of your machines listed on the front of this agreement.
Connectivity support will be provided during Appalachia Business Communication’s normal business hours Mon. – Fri. 8:00 am – 5:00 PM., except Appalachia Business Communication’s holidays.

When relocating equipment is requested, the customer will be liable for all costs associated with any equipment relocation. These costs will include all applicable installation and removal charges, special rigging charges, and any parts and technical representative labor connected with the relocation.
Technical Representative labor and parts will be charged in accordance with the hourly labor rates and parts prices in effect at the time of relocation.

Cancellation can be made after the effective date, Customer shall have the right to cancel this agreement upon prior written notice to the dealer only at the end of the initial or any annual renewal term.
This Agreement may not be canceled except at Appalachia Business Communication’s sole discretion if the equipment is moved out of the service area
