The cost of copies will depend on what kind of machine is printing the copy and if it’s black and white or colored. Color copies will always cost more than black and white.
Color copies can cost as low as 8x less than a non-commercial machine. While black and white copies can be as cheap as 10x less than an off-the-shelf machine.
Our commercial machines have some of the most competitive rates in the business and we’re happy to help our customers save money.

(CPC) is a pricing model that can help businesses save money by only paying for what they use instead of buying expensive equipment like large amounts of toner upfront. The cost per copy is calculated by dividing the total cost of the toner and maintenance by the number of copies made. This pricing model can cost as low as 1.6 cents per copy versus 25 cents or more when using a non-commercial machine.
