About our company
Started by Jack Eaves in 1979, Appalachia business has grown and established many relationships with fellow local business owners throughout the Tri-City area, covering an almost 2 hr radius of business who depend on us throughout the year.
Eventually expanding and finding our way to Johnson City, Tennessee. Establishing a building on what is now know as “107 Tri City Business Park Dr.”

Our Services
Supplying full service and parts for copiers under contract and warranty. Even if a copier is no longer covered under warranty, as long as parts are available our repair time is still covered under our maintenance contract.
Our devices give you the ability to enjoy the performance and usability of your Commerical Grade copier without worrying about always running out of toner. We can monitor your toner use and send you another before you run out. Making sure you never go down due to lack of toner.
